Family Relational Mindfulness Retreat

Do you dream of slowing down with your partner and children? Do you hold a vision of laughter and embodied connection with your family unit? It is more simple than we are led to believe.

Families with children ages 7–11 are invited to join Jodi Strock and Ellis Enlow for a day of family mindfulness. Together, families will play, connect, and enjoy one another’s company.

What to Expect

Join Relational Mindfulness Facilitators Jodi Strock and Ellis Enlow for an afternoon of family mindfulness. Families will gather in circle together and also have time separate. The afternoon will include relational mindfulness practices, movement, and play in a supportive community. Families will walk away feeling more connected and supported.

Pricing is per family:

  • Generosity rate: $200

  • Scholarship rate: $100

About the Facilitators

Jodi Strock, M.A

Jodi Strock is a mother, Relational Mindfulness facilitator, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and coach. Her work weaves meditation, inquiry, dyad work, movement, and counsel to support mindfulness in relationship to the world.

Ellis Enlow is a longtime mindfulness practitioner and elementary school teacher who is passionate about sharing mindfulness with children, parents, and educators. She has studied with Susan Kaiser Greenland, Diana Winston through the UCLA Mindfulness Facilitation Program, Mindful Schools, and Deborah Eden Tull.
